4-story mercantile building completed sometime in the late 1800s. The facade is clad in black sheet-metal, with a storefront and entrance to the upper floors at the base. The 2nd floor has two large show-windows with bottom-transoms and a sloping metal roof to the recessed upper floors. The top two floors have three bays of single-windows. The ground floor is occupied by Universal Jewelers, with Pineciler Jewelry on the 2nd floor.
