3-story mercantile building originally completed in the late 1800s. The facade has been completely rebuilt, clad in silver metal panels, with rows of ground-floor storefronts with black granite bases. The 2nd-3rd floors consist of a recessed, 2-story expanse of glass infill that wraps around the northwest corner, lined on the interior with advertising. The building now houses the 47th Street Diamond Exchange.
