452-foot, 30-story modernist office building completed in 2010 for Macklowe Properties. Designed by Schuman, Lichtenstein, Claman & Efron with Moed de Armas & Shannon, the building was intended to be leased primarily by hedge funds. The double-height ground floor has clear glass with grey metal framing. The main entrance is on 53rd Street, with a pair of glass revolving doors flanked by single-doors and covered by a small glass-and-metal canopy. To the west is a concave wall of frosted glass at the ground floor, rising up slightly higher than the rest of the base, and at the far west end is a loading dock in stainless-steel. To the east of the entrance and along the avenue are glass storefronts.

The east end of the building sets back above the 5th floor, and there is a small setback at the north at the same level. The glass box of the main tower rises up above this setback, with the 6th floor recessed and featuring exposed white steel girders supporting the floors above. There is a landscaped terrace on the setback at the east. The south end of the east facade is also very shallowly recessed all the way up to the roof line.

The building includes a fitness club with a 50-foot lap pool and a private restaurant, both reserved for tenants and their guests, along with a large landscaped terrace overlooking Madison Avenue. The upper office floors have views of Central Park. The ground floor is occupied by Empellon restaurant, Bucherer watches, Seiko watches, and Rolex watches.
