436-foot, 36-story modern/International-style office building completed in 1985. Designed by Emery Roth & Sons, it is clad in dark-tinted glass with black spandrels, framed by aluminum mullions. The 2-story base has black granite piers with a tall ground floor. There is a notch at the southeast corner, creating a small corner plaza with the main building entrance in the short east-facing wall at the south end. The other ground-floor bays have storefronts, and there is a loading dock at the west end of the south facade.

There is a setback on both the south and east facades above the 9th floor. Both ends of the south facade set back above the 22nd floor, and there is a setback across all the facets of the south and east facades above the 34th floor.
