 skyscraper, condominiums

472-foot, 38-story modernist residential building completed in 2004. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, the building combines five floors of private club facilities, known as The Core Club, and has 74 condominium units. It is clad in glass and grey metal, with pre-cast stone around the base. The ground floor has three main bays, and a smaller bay at the west with a metal service door. The next bay has the main entrance, with two sets of recessed glass doors below a stainless-steel canopy. The two east bays have glass-and-metal storefronts.

Above the east bay is a 4-story wing separated from the main tower by a strip of grey metal cladding. This wing has a curtain wall of metal and glass with three columns of short horizontal panes. The main tower to the right has a curtain wall made up of more vertical glass panes, organized into a wide center bay and smaller end bays. The front, north facade has setbacks above the 6th, 14th, 21st, 28th, and 35th floors, each highlighted by projecting stainless-steel frame elements. The 2-story penthouse near the top has terraces at the front, and the building is capped by a tall, 3-story mechanical housing, clad in grey pre-cast concrete.

The metal-and-glass cladding continues onto the east elevation, with a vertical band of metal running up near the north end. The south-facing facade also is clad in the same style of curtain wall. The west elevation is faced in grey pre-cast concrete with glass at the north and south edges. The ground-floor storefront is occupied by Sweetgreen salad shop.
