394-foot, 34-story modernist residential building completed in 2006. Designed by Ismael Leyva, it is clad in blue-green glass and grey-green and light-grey metal, except for most of the eastern wall, which is plain white concrete with glass only at the edges. The entrance has a glass revolving door below a grey metal canopy that extends out over the sidewalk. To the right is a stainless-steel service door, and to the left is a small storefront with glass double-doors, occupied by Roche Bobois furniture.

Above the ground floor the facade has many narrow windows, all framed by thin, grey-green metal mullions with short top and bottom panes. The slender spandrels are also grey-green metal, except for the right half of the south facade, from the 3rd-9th floor, which have light-grey spandrels. The left half has a small setback above the 8th floor, and the right half sets back above the 9th, creating small terraces.

The rest of the south facade and the south south of the west facade rise straight up from there to their termination at the 33rd floor, where the rest of the north part of the building continues up to the roof line, consisting of a striking 45-degree angle that seems to intersect the south part of the tower. The spandrels of the angled north section are light-grey, contrasting with the darker grey-green of the south section. Perhaps the most interesting aspect of the north section is how the angle at the northwest corner just out from the facade, cantilevering over the smaller building on the corner of the block. The cantilever begins at the 8th floor with a concrete base, with the glass curtain wall beginning at the 10th floor and extending out farther.

The building has 68 condominium units. The ground floor is occupied by Roche Bobois furniture showroom.
