This handsome, 32-story tower was completed in 2003 and is a condominium with 89 apartments. The building has a six-story base and is distinguished by a very well articulated and distinctive top.

The base is rusticated and the façade is quite sophisticated. The six-story base actually rises to a seventh-story in two sections along the avenue and the fourth through the seventh floors in these sections are highlighted by three pilasters each. The top of the tower has five-story-high pilasters in its center avenue frontage and three pilasters rise the full height of the enclosed rooftop water-tank along the avenue.

The Grand Beekman broke ground in July 2001. The Grand Beekman was officially topped-out in April 2002.
