The first mine in the area, dated at May 10th, 1886, founded by George Runnels. Work began the very day the Moses Indian Reservation was opened for mining. Consists of an adit of around 100 ft. with two openings and three drifts, possibly four, though one is collapsed if so. Was mined for silver, and is now abandoned.
