Office Block, built in 1985 by British Telecom, who used it to replace Marland House on George Street as their Glasgow HQ. The older building was subsequently sold to Strathclyde University and is now the Graham Hills Building.
BT grew tired of this building as well, and moved all of their Glasgow operations into Alexander Bain House in Atlantic Quay in the mid 2000s. BT Property still owns the building, and lets it out to a variety of different tenants.
