The 2nd & 3rd floors each have six rectangular windows on the north side, with a further three windows at the south end. Above, the facade is split into two portions. The main, northern section is clad in light brown brick up to the 9th floor, with two end bays of single windows, and a center bay of four windows separated by white mullions. The south section is smaller, and clad in beige brick. It has a central columns of windows divided by white mullions, and stops at the 9th floor. The north section extends three more floors, where it is clad in darker brick. It has the same fenestration pattern, except in place of the white mullions, there are brick pilasters. The top floor is set back behind rounded capitals of the four main piers that rise above the level of the 11th floor. The ground floor is occupied by a Duane-Reade pharmacy.
