23-story residence hall completed in 2013. Designed by Karl Fischer for Pace University, it has a 3-story retail base with a glass curtain wall. The main entrance is on the far east end of the John Street elevation, framed in polished black granite and deeply recessed. Gold letters above spell out "PACE UNIVERSITY". The 4th floor, which is the amenities floor, is clad in tan pre-cast panels. The Broadway facade has a small central window bay and two wide outer bays, while the John Street facade has four wide bays. At the east end of this level, a slightly-recessed cladding of silver metal replaces the pre-cast concrete, and caps the roof section of the lower 4-story wing on the east end. The rest of the building is clad in tan brick, and rises up vertically with uninterrupted piers dividing the John Street facade into eight bays (grouped into 4 pairs) of metal-framed double-windows. The Broadway facade's upper floors have five bays (one in the center, and two grouped on either side), with the same style double-windows. The lower section of each window unit has either a grey metal spandrel or a black air conditoning vent.

The residence hall is designed to house 600 first-year students. The ground floor is occupied by a TD Bank branch, and Urban Outfitters.
