19th-century Shingle-style home in the Takoma Historic District. Also known as the Lucinda Cady House, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The house was built by a contractor, Fred E. Dudley, around 1884. Dudley built many of Takoma's large homes during its early years. Indeed, Dudley's son Wentworth Dudley was the first child to be born in Takoma.
