  i need your help trying to find out the name of the bank that was in eastover shopping center in the 1970's.

  The bank that was there from the beginning was Citizens Bank of Maryland. It was freestanding in the 70's. There was also a bank in the shopping center itself in the early 60's but closed when the freestanding bank opened up. That bank was located 3/4 of the way down the storefronts. I opened my first savings account at Citizens in 1963 and my first checking account in 1971. I worked in the shopping center from 1970-1973 through high school. I know every square inch of the way it used to be. I grew up across the street from Eastover in Glassmanor.
