Morris Park is a neighborhood in south Minneapolis. It is named for Mary Morris, the daughter of Franklin Steele who was the first European settler in Saint Anthony (now Northeast Minneapolis). The neighborhood is primarily residential and developed along streetcar routes between 1920 and 1960.
