23-story office building completed in 1922 as an addition to the New York Stock Exchange next door at 8-18 Broad Street. Designed by Trowbridge & Livingston and built by Marc Eidlitz & Sons to house the corporate offices of the exchange, it is intended to complement the architecture of the original structure. Structural elements by the Guastavino Fireproof Tile Co. were used for the exchange's board room.

Like the older building, it is faced in white Georgia marble, but is set back above the 10th floor on its Broad Street facade to match the height of the neighboring building. At the 10th floor, a stone balustrade joins the balustrade of the original exchange building. The rest of the Broad Street facade is relatively plain in appearance, with three sets of paired rectangular windows at each floor. The Wall Street facade features a row of Corinthian pilasters, while the lower portion of the New Street facade has a set of tall narrow windows. The main entrance is at the corner of Wall & New streets, set between two Doric columns supporting an entablature and balustrade.
