Virgen de Lourdes Cemetery is located in Nueva Esperanza, a really popular place in one of the poorest districts in Lima, Peru. This district is called Villa Maria del Triunfo. Due to the migrations during the sixties, people started to biuld their homes in the desertic areas of the south of Lima and started to bury their death relatives in these parts of the district, Nueva Esperanza hills.
