Lake Erie Works is an integrated steel producer located in Nanticoke, Ontario on the north shore of Lake Erie.

We employ about 1,350 people at our 640-hectare production complex, manufacturing 2.25 million tonnes of slabs and 3 million tonnes of high-quality hot rolled coils.

Built in 1980, Lake Erie is the newest integrated steel facility in North America - and one of the most cost-competitive. We supply markets such as automotive, pipe and tube, and steel service centres. We also sell hot-rolled coils to our sister company in Hamilton for further value-added processing.
