Historic art deco building constructed 1928-1931 as Haus Nürnberg, containing a famous nightclub, the Femina, which opened in 1929. After WWII, it housed government offices. It was converted to a boutique hotel in 2007, the Ellington Hotel, which closed in 2021. It is currently being converted to a mixed-use building.
