The Georgian Terrace Hotel is a historic four-star hotel in Midtown Atlanta. Designed by William Lee Stoddart in the Beaux-arts style, it was constructed from July 1910 to September 1911 at a cost of $500,000. For years after its opening, it was the most luxurious hotel in Atlanta, housing several prominent guests. In 1939, the hotel's Grand Ballroom was the site of the gala for the premiere of the film Gone With the Wind. It became a residential hotel in 1945. During 1974-1979, the Grand Ballroom was turned into Alex Cooley's Electric Ballroom. The hotel closed in 1981 following a period of decline. In 1991, the building was restored and converted into apartments and a huge new tower designed by architects Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, and Stewart and matching the original building's style was added. It started operating as a hotel again in 1997. The hotel was renovated in 2000 and 2009.

The Georgian Terrace Hotel has 326 guest rooms, a fitness center, a rooftop pool, 2 restaurants, 3 ballrooms, 6 meeting rooms, and a boardroom. The original building has 10 floors and a height of 148 ft (45 m), and the addition has 19 floors and a height of 210 ft (64 m). It is part of the Fox Theatre Historic District.
