This was opened in 1972 under Kraftco Corporation (later just Kraft) and in 1989 when Kraft merged with General Foods, this was Kraft's second largest U.S. facility. In 2016, Kraft Heinz Company closed the Lehigh Valley (Allentown) plant. At the time of its closure, it manufactured Tassimo coffee pods, A.1. steak sauce and Grey Poupon mustard. Demolition and construction for Park 100 Logistics Center began soon after.
