The site of the Hilltop Village Center, which is being developed by the C&E Real Estate Services on the site of a former landfill. It will consist of a 'lifestyle' town center housing over 100,000 sq-ft of retail & office space spread over 4 new buildings designed by Rounds Vanduzer Architects. The anchoring retail store is planned to be a 150,000 sq-ft Wegmans grocery store, which is expected to open between 2012 or 2013. The 150-acre property is planned to have 2,100 parking spaces & house new recreation facilities to complement the adjacent golf course.
