It is a beautiful falls named after the heroine name Ka Phan Nonglait of Nongrmai Village. she fought against the British during the time of U Tirot Sing Syiem (1829-33), by seduction the British soldier with drinks and taking away all the arms and weapons to throw under the rock hole of the fall and let the soldier of U Tirot Sing to captured them easily.
