Druid Hill Park is a 745 acre urban park in northwest Baltimore. It was inaugurated by Thomas Swann in 1860 and ranks with Central Park (1858) in New York and Fairmount Park (1812) in Philadelphia as the oldest landscaped public parks in the United States.

The Maryland Zoo is located in Druid Hill Park. Home to over 2,000 animals the zoo is generally considered to be the third oldest zoological park in the United States having opened in 1876.

The R&B group Dru Hill took its name from the park.
