  • Our place is well known for traditional theifs. Since, our caste's (traditional) job is robbery, kidnapping, pick pocket and even killing people for money. This area (Chekkanurani) is majorly populated with our KALLAR community (in tamil KALLAR means thief). The above mentioned are few of our historical records.
