Flint Baptist Church is the oldest Southern Baptist church in Morgan County, Alabama having been founded on May 8, 1824. Though the church has been located at numerous locations throughout the years, it is now located approximately 2 miles south of the Decatur Beltline & Pointe Mallard Parkway on U.S. Highway 31 South (6th Avenue SE). It is immediately across the street from the State Highway Trooper's Office. The church is also approximately 5 miles north of the City of Hartselle.
