Cannon Place is a structural expressionist highrise office and retail building in the City of London that cantilevers over Cannon Street Station. The building was developed by Hines Interests, designed by Foggo Associates, and constructed from 2009 to 2011 at a cost of £360,000,000. The 10-floor building has a height of 42 m (137 ft) and a floor area of 37,795 sq m (402,370 sq ft). It is equipped with 24 lifts, 12 of which are scenic. Cannon Place has a BREEAM rating of "Very Good".
