  • College Station P&Z approved the revised layout (and plat) on 12/20/2012. Lakeridge has traded/sold a portion of it's land to the owner of the property on the southwest side. The property exchange will enable the owner to build a new Exxon gas station and a convenience store.
  • They're building right up to the street on the Holleman side.
