Not as famous as its namesake in New York, but still Scotland's largest independent recording studio and rehearsal complex. It comprises of 2 studios and 4 rehearsal rooms tucked under the old City Union railway arches.

Wet Wet Wet recorded their (in)famous hit "Love Is All Around" here, as well as most of the accompanying "Picture This" album in the mid 1990s.
