Private Park w/waterfall

Privately owned property, because of it's proximity to the street, popular with casual visitors to stop and view the manmade waterfall, remaining from a mill (long since gone). A memorial to Bob B. is located just over the bridge. I've heard several made-up stories about this memorial--but I grew up with Bob; he just liked to hang out at the waterfall in his youth/teenage years. Although it is true he has passed on, he did not commit suicide at this location.
