  • The birth place of Keelathooval Krishnamurthy ITS 1983 batch.Born here in 1960 and studied in the Panchayat Union Higher Elementary School till 1973.Got Merit Scholarship for Rural Talented students and studied in SBK High School,Aruppukottai from 1973-76.Then studied PUC in VOC College,Tuticorin in 76-77.Got selected for Engg in the Open Category itself and studied Electronics and Communications Engg in ACCET,Karaikudi(1977-82) From 82 to 85 worked in Bharathiyar Polytechnic Ettayapuram,Heavy vehicle Factory, Avadi,while appearing for UPSC Indian Engg Services exam and the subsequent selection process,which takes about two years. In May 1985 joined ITS (Indian Telecom Service) and worked in Madurai,Cochin,Tellicherry,Trivandrum,Chennai,Karaikudi before coming on transfer to MTNL,Mumbai in 1999. 8thDec2007
