The terminus of the two lines of the sofia metro, the Obelya metrostation is everything, but a terminus... it is a station like any other, which helps to the network's half loop (james bourchier and tsarigradsko shose are not integrated). its the first station of Sofia underground situated on the surface. And this was not enough for its constructors - they designed the station to reach at the two banks of Kakach river, crossing Obelia Housing Estate.
The station is designed in green and okra marble.
