The company ELSTART Ltd. was established in the beginning of 1998 in Ruse as a private company with the manager Zlati Zlatev.

The company specializes in the field of electric power engineering and maintains a closed cycle from research, design and consulting work on electrical systems and overhead power lines up to 35 kV, production of electrical panels, fitting of electrical equipment and repairs of electrical systems, fitting of external power-supply wiring and all kinds of electrical installations to monitoring and issuing of certificates of reliability.

The company has an industrial and administrative building with an indoor area of 2100 sq. m, machinery and technical equipment, vehicles, and the hardware and software products necessary for its activities.

The technological organization of ELSTART Ltd. is certified under ISO 9001 2000 - Certificate № 050310/27.04.2005, and its products are sold competitively on the Bulgarian market and abroad.

ELSTART Ltd. has Certificate № 101/27.11.2006 by the Bulgarian Register of Shipping for design, production, fitting and repairs of electrical panels and electrical equipment for shipbuilding and ship repairs.

There is an accredited C-type Monitoring Body with Accreditation № 70/16.11.2006 at the company, which is equipped with the necessary equipment for professional monitoring of the electrical systems and equipment.
