This tree was hit by the 2009 Jeep Wrangler driven by Randy M. Poffo, best known as WWE wrestler Randy "Macho Man" Savage. At around 9:30am on May 20, 2011 he and his wife, Lynn Payne Poffo, were West bound on Park Blvd. After he experienced a "medical event" his vehicle crossed the median and struck this tree. He was transported to Largo Regional Medical Center where he passed away.
