3-story Federal-style residential building completed in 1842 as a townhouse for Nathaniel Clark. It has a gable end and the general proportions of a Federal house. It is clad in red brick with a metal storefront on the Washington Street side. The building has a simple dentiled roof cornice, and black stone windows sills and lintels. The ground floor is occupied by Tortilla Flats, a rowdy Tex-Mex restaurant/bar.
