Official Designation of Naleshwar Dam Irrigation Project is " Naleshwar Dam , D - 01001 " . However local and popular name is " Naleshwar Lake / Naleshwar Talav ". Naleshwar Dam was constructed as parts of Irrigation Projects by the Britishers during the British Raj in the Year 1922. It is built on and impounds a local Nallah .
