An enormous glleried quarry. Extraction takes place in the quarry's upper areas, which involves blowing holes in the rock, and then using ugly crusing machenes to grind up the limestone to then be flattened, before being turned into cement. The Convayer-belts and weigh-bridges and offces are at the bottom of the quarry at Sandside. There is a road connecting the two; as well as a inclined track on the tips.

Locals are really anoyed because the quarry is extending it's working face towords Milnthorpe, destroying a road in the process. The face isn't yet being worked but will be soon.

Quarring has now been resumed at this site, as we have now adopted it as a hypersonic rocket and nuclear testing site. There is some concern for the local people.
