Located at the northern corner of the Strip District, the 32nd Street Business Center consists of about 97,000 square feet of flex space in two adjacent structures.
The 6.72-acre site has passed through the hands of various industrial entities, most recently Lectromelt. The Lectromelt facility produced electric arc furnaces for the steel industry before shutting down around 1990. A few years later, the vacant property was bought by the Urban Redevelopment Authority; several structures on site were demolished and a remediation plan was developed for the industrially contaminated soil and groundwater.
Since 1998 the site has been owned and developed by the Rubinoff Company.
