144-foot, 13-story modernist residential building completed in 1962. Designed by Paul Resnick & Harry F Green, it is clad in light-grey brick and glass above a 3-story base of limestone with metal-and-glass infill. The ground floor has five wide, recessed bays; the entrance is in the center bay, with glass doors and a rounded metal canopy extending out over the sidewalk. The other bays have varied storefronts, and at the east end is an entrance to the underground parking garage. The 2nd & 3rd floors have large grids of windows in aluminum framing, five panes wide in each bay, and with opaque black glass spandrels between the two floors. A metal coping caps the base, topped by a metal railing; the floors above are set back from the base.

The upper floors have nine bays, the two outer bays on each side are set farther back. Each bay has a tripartite window in metal framing, and a small slit vent below it. The end bays set back above the 10th floor, and the next two bays have very shallow setbacks above the 11th floor, with deeper setbacks above the 12th, where there are slightly-projecting balconies with metal railings. A large mechanical penthouse rises from the center of the roof.

The building contains 89 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Cassidy's Pub & Restaurant, Danielli Fine Jewelry, Tang Pavilion restaurant, and Juice Press smoothies.
