This single-level shopping plaza divided into two sections. The section facing S. Hayes Street contains a Best Buy, Marshall's, and formerly Borders. It also features three eateries - Starbucks, Chevy's, and California Pizza Kitchen. One retail space, formerly a CompUSA 'COZone' has been vacant for several years. The other section is a Costco, with the main entrance facing 15th Street. Although the two sections are in attached buildings, there is no direct access between them. Customers must leave the retail section and walk outside to reach Costco. The complex also includes some surface parking, facing 15th street, & a three-level parking deck.

This building was an AT&T switching center until circa 1990.
