Completed in 2006, this building resembles a vast Chinese pagoda, jacked on up on top of a red-marble tower. This is a commercial office building with a unique Terengganu-style architectural design, a pinch of authentic Malay influence. It is an amazingly nice building situated in an area of rapid development, standing close to The Pavillion at Bukit Bintang, and the 5-star Royale Chulan Hotel just adjacent to it. Currently the Ministry of Culture, Art and Heritage is the major tenant of this building. It is a Government ministry responsible for protecting the national heritage of a country and promoting cultural expression.
