  • Hi, I am Das better known as Ram Bangali, having my own flat in Bipin Smruti i.e. 1/409, opp. Karmaveer school. Recently purchased from MHADA directly., I have been in this transist camp since 1979 in Chawl No. C-34/299 & 300, which was shifted to Bldg. No. 10/107 & Bldg. No. T/08-107 under re-development scheme by Mhada Authorities, Although Shirke Construction is not too good or too bad its a balanced seeing the cost effective of the flats, bathroom leakage problems & water pipe lines problems is always their, Flats which are sold under Subsidiary scheme to the Societies i.e. Bldg. No. 1,6,7, & 8 has still not paid their full instalments dues to Mhada authorities, Hence those tenants who has paid the full cost to MHADA & stayng since last 3 to 4 yrs. are the main sufferers, where Maintainance is concerned which is too high and always neglected by MHADA authorities & Shirke builders. MHADA has to pay attention on this & should evacuate the Tresspassers, & those residents given on rental basis by the owners who themselves has not paid the dues to Mhada. MHADA SHOULD ACT ON THIS URGENTLY.
