This charming brick cottage overlooking John Paul Park was built in the late 1890s. All of the woodwork, columns, floors and the coal burning fireplaces are original to the home.

In 1999, this home was featured in the movie “ Madison,” starring Jim Caviezal, as Miss Madison boat driver, Jim McCormick. The cottage was the fictional home of Jim McCormick, the driver that piloted the community owned hydroplane to its first Gold Cup victory in 1971.
