Built in the 1980s, this 18-storey building is home to Jerneh Asia, an investment holding company with subsidiaries and associates operating across Malaysia and South East Asia. The insurance arm of Jerneh Asia was sold in October 2010 to UB-based Ace INA International Holdings (80%) and Paramount Corp Bhd. (20%) (www.pcb.com.my/), but much of it still operates out of this office tower. Most of the floors belong to Jerneh Asia and its subsidiaries. Other similar partners and firms take up the remaining floors.
