Seungni (Victory) Observatory

South Korean Observatory on the southern boundary of the DMZ, open to tourists/members of the public who have registered for guided tours given at specified times during the day. While the Cheorwon Peace Observatory further west seems to attract more people because of easier accessibility being closer to the center of Cheorwon (as well as for being combined with tours to other major attractions including the 2nd North Korean invasion tunnel), the Seung-ni Observatory can be just as interesting in that less people can mean much more attention and personalized guidance(based on personal experience, but no guarntees).
