Elementary School

This is presumed to be a local North Korean elementary school. It is located at an angle that could just be seen from the Seungni (Victory) Observatory on the southern border of the DMZ on the South Korean side using high-magnification telescopes equipped there (based on actual sighting at the Seungni Observatory in August 2008 and comments by an Observatory staff who acted as guide.)
