Location: I-70 on the west; Spades Park on the north; Jefferson Avenue on the east; and 10th Street on the south.

History: Most homes built in the 1880s to 1920s. Historically a working class neighborhood.

Style of homes: Queen Anne, and Victorian wood-frame, multiple-story, single family homes; Four Square Doubles; and Whittier Place Apartments, a recently renovated historic school building owned and managed by Van Rooy Properties.

Amenities: Neighborhood encompasses Spades Park, which includes a gazebo, a playground; Pogue's Run; and Spades Park Library. The winding streets and many green spaces of Windsor Park create a very intimate and safe feeling.

Commute to Downtown: Five minutes.

Schools: Indianapolis Public Schools, Arsenal Technical High School, School 101, School 15 and School 74; Holy Cross Catholic School.
