Former Springfield Public School, built in 1871. Since 1946 it has been used as an administrative building for Crucible Steel Company, a big junk store (World Surplus and Salvage Company), and a space for artists and designers. Some years ago it was dubbed "The Pink Building" in reference to its paint job.
