The Pierce-Arrow Factory Complex is a national historic district consisting of the former Pierce-Arrow automobile factory. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974, the 34 acre complex consists of a three story Administration Building and several large construction facilities which served as the headquarters and production facility for Pierce-Arrow Automobiles from 1906 to 1938.
Following Pierce-Arrow's bankruptcy, the factory complex was sold at auction and has since been subdivided for use by several commercial and industrial tenants.
