  I want to write to Dr. Sen C/o UNICEF Odisha Office on Routine/ Spl.Health Program under taken by UNICEF initiatives by posting RCH COORDINATORS at the district level- There is nothing note worthy one is doing- yielding result WHAT. At least one should comply with the high standards of the Organization. But a complete ignorant jerk hoaxing around cannot serve the purpose in a backward district like Nabarangpur without knowing ABC of Health & sitting tight at the dist Office. Mere possessing a valid certificate will not help the Organization.
