A temple carved in in hard rock. The main content is the sculpture of Lord Siva Lingam in the sanctum. In the covered entrance there are four sculptures; Arjunan, Maharshi, Dwarapalakan, etc. It is controlled by Devaswom Board. It is cituated 1 km away from Kaviyoor Mahadeva temple and eights kms from Tiruvalla by the side of Kaviyoor Nadacakl road. It is believed that the temple carved by the Pandavas during their tenure.
